Who is the Ageas Group?

Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, the Ageas Group is a major insurance company with over 40,000 employees, located in 13 different countries. In Belgium they are the largest provider of insurance. 

What was their challenge?

 Like many competitive organisations, they faced recognisable wellbeing challenges, including work-related stress, the sedentary nature of corporate jobs, and the stigma concerning mental health.

This, together with the dynamics of remote work, diverse workforce needs and the war for talent, made the needs of the Ageas Group abundantly clear: 

  • Enhance global employee connectivity 
  • Cultivate a thriving workplace culture 
  • Create a sustainable and inclusive culture 

Our solution

Based on these needs we introduced a new programme: The Ageas Challenge, an inclusive wellbeing programme accessible to all employees. It focuses on the concept that exercise has the transformative power to shape company culture, to enhance interaction between colleagues worldwide and to create an environment where each individual can thrive. 

Working closely together

Making a lasting impact on company culture is only possible by aligning our wellbeing strategy with the needs of the organisation. That’s why our close collaboration with The Ageas Group’s Talent & HR department cannot be overlooked. Through regular meetings with spocs from every region we ensure that our approach resonates effectively at regional offices. 

To finetune our strategy further, we leverage wellbeing data, engage in insightful interviews and conduct surveys. This guarantees that the Ageas Challenge remains responsive to the needs and goals of our participants, while also staying in sync with the dynamic nature of the corporate landscape.
