As a leading audit, tax and consulting services firm, PwC asked that very question. And rightly so, as care is one of their core values. CEO Axel Smits recognises that <strong>a health company needs its people at peak mental and physical fitness<\/strong>. A view Golazo Energy shares whole heartedly. <strong>Together we developed a corporate wellbeing strategy built on three key programmes<\/strong>, each addressing different aspects of employee health and wellbeing: <a href=\"https:\/\/energy.golazo.com\/companies\/en\/how-to-inspire-your-people-with-a-sporting-challenge\/\"><strong>PwC Heroes<\/strong><\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/energy.golazo.com\/companies\/en\/this-is-how-you-keep-your-team-motivated\/\"><strong>Fit For You Platform<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and, aimed at the most personal level, <strong>Energy@PwC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Energy@Pwc: Managing your Personal Energy<\/h3>\n<p>Taking a holistic approach, this programme was designed to help PwC people manage their own personal energy levels. In 100 days, <strong>we aimed to improve the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energy levels, ensuring sustainable wellbeing and happiness at work<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"kolom\"  data-aos=\"fade-left\">\n\t\t\t<p>The programme included key notes, workshops, inspirational content and exercises that focus on the four energy levels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Physical Energy<\/strong>: Workshops like \u201cTruth about Food\u201d and \u201cShut Your Eyes to Energise\u201d focused on nutrition and sleep.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mental Energy<\/strong>: Sessions such as \u201cStress Detection\u201d and \u201cFocus is the New Gold\u201d help participants manage stress and sharpen focus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emotional Energy<\/strong>: With \u201cChange Fitness\u201d and \u201cConnected Breathing\u201d, participants learn about mental flexibility and conscious breathing to relax and reduce stress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spiritual Energy<\/strong>: Sessions such as \u201cSelf-Leadership\u201d inspire people to live life to the fullest, enhancing their sense of purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It didn\u2019t stop there. <strong>Participants also received personal tools, like WHOOP Trackers and glucose sensors, along with online coaching.<\/strong> These enabled people to monitor their personal energy and health.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">This was our inspiring closing event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"2160\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 3840 \/ 2160;\" width=\"3840\" controls src=\"https:\/\/energy.golazo.com\/companies\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/aftermovie_energy@pwc_final_event_-_pwc_version-2160p.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\t<section id=\"content_blok\" class=\"graphic\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>The results of putting work and wellbeing together<\/h3>\n<p>What started as a pilot for 50 people has grown to 950 participants. It\u2019s really easy to get caught up in the consulting life and in your to-dos &amp; checklists. In that way you don\u2019t focus on your own energy and how you can be the best version of yourself. I was really hoping to make the latter happen, and I definitely succeeded. <strong>I have many little things that I can do now to optimise my energy.<\/strong> Also during the sessions , they give you an exercise and when you do it, you can already see the effect.
