With over 11,000 employees across 13 countries, Colosseum Dental Group is no stranger to complexity. Bringing people together around a shared culture of wellbeing, energy, and purpose is no small feat. But when movement becomes the medium and meaning the message,remarkable things happen.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s exactly what unfolded in our collaboration with Colosseum Dental Group.<\/p>\n

MOVING WITH PURPOSE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In their mission to energise employees and strengthen engagement across borders, Colosseum Dental Group envisioned a programme that did more than just promote physical activity. They wanted to unite teams, build resilience, and create real-world impact. That vision became Move4Good.<\/p>\n

The concept was clear: move more, do good. But the execution? That\u2019s where Golazo Energy came in.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\t

A CHALLENGE TO CONNECT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We co-designed Move4Good for the second year running, building on the learnings and successes of the first edition. Together with Colosseum Dental Group\u2019s leadership and wellbeing ambassadors, we shaped a challenge that was as ambitious as it was inspiring.<\/p>\n

59 ambassadors selected from across Europe became the faces of the movement. Their mission? To train for the iconic climb of Alpe d\u2019Huez, either by bike or on foot. But their journey was only part of the bigger story. Through a year-round KeepMoving challenge, all 11,000 employees were invited to contribute towards the collective goal of 1.25 million kilometres. Every step, ride, or walk\u2014no matter how small\u2014was tracked, celebrated, and turned into social impact.<\/p>\n

Every movement counted: walking, running, cycling, even a lunch break stroll. All kilometres were tracked, celebrated, and turned into social impact. The top three contributing countries, measured relative to their team size, got the honour of selecting local charities to support, like the To Walk Again Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\t\t\t
