But when constant regulatory change and decentralised teams started to take a toll on employee wellbeing, the organisation knew it needed more than good intentions. <strong>It needed a strategy that put personal energy at the centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>That\u2019s when Multipharma turned to Golazo Energy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\t<section id=\"bg_text_image\" class=\"nobg\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">\n\t<div class=\"wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"image\" data-aos=\"fade-right\">\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/energy.golazo.com\/companies\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/IMG_9985.jpg\" alt=\"Golazo - Afbeelding\">\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\" data-aos=\"fade-left\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Pressure without pause<\/h3>\n<p>Multipharma\u2019s people,\u202fPharmacy teams, distribution staff, HQ employees, <strong>were facing mounting physical and mental pressure<\/strong>. While overall engagement remained high, a 2021 wellbeing survey revealed <strong>the strain of ongoing regulatory shifts and high job demands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The needs were clear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>holistic wellbeing approach<\/strong> to help employees recharge and manage personal energy<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>programme that connected colleagues<\/strong> in a human, non-corporate way<\/li>\n<li>An approach that focused specifically on <strong>employee wellbeing<\/strong>, merging well with other existing initiatives such as leadership programmes<\/li>\n<li>A format flexible enough to resonate <strong>across all job roles and locations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\t\t\t<section id=\"bg_text_image\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"image\" data-aos=\"fade-right\">\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/energy.golazo.com\/companies\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/GVG-20241216-0023.jpg\" alt=\"Golazo - Afbeelding\">\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\" data-aos=\"fade-left\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Empowering change through energy<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Together with Multipharma, we adapted our existing Master Your Energy journey to match their specific needs<\/strong>: an immersive, off-site wellbeing journey centred on building personal resilience. Tailored specifically to Multipharma\u2019s reality, the programme focused on one core goal: <strong>empowering employees to deal with constant change by mastering their own energy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of 4 intensive energy days, 20 selected employees explored the different pillars of energy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Physical Energy:<\/strong>\u202fFeaturing biological age assessments and glucose monitoring for personalised blood sugar management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emotional Energy:<\/strong> A transformative breathing workshop focused on practical breathing techniques to reduce stress and enhance emotional regulation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mental Energy:<\/strong> Moments of guided reflection, shared insights, and actionable tools to manage inner dialogue and optimise the power of focus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spiritual Energy:<\/strong> Purpose-led exercises to reconnect people with what drives them, both at work and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each session combined inspiration, activation and reflection supported by individual coaching and group discussion. The venue? A peaceful location close to Brussels that helped participants disconnect from work and reconnect with themselves.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section id=\"kolom\"  data-aos=\"fade-up\">\n\t<h2><\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wrap\">\n\t\t<div class=\"kolom\"  data-aos=\"fade-right\">\n\t\t\t<h3>From pilot to roll-out<\/h3>\n<p>The Master Your Energy programme with Multipharma started in September 2023. With strong support from HR and internal communication teams, <strong>we ensured high visibility and engagement<\/strong>. A second group joined in 2024, with a third planned for 2025.\u202f<strong>The programme was integrated into Multipharma\u2019s broader wellbeing strategy<\/strong>, complementing existing leadership and vitality initiatives while standing out through its experiential, deeply personal approach.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"kolom\"  data-aos=\"fade-left\">\n\t\t\t<h3>Impact that sticks<\/h3>\n<p>The results spoke volumes.
