Erik Franck is a psychologist and behavioural therapist, trained at Ghent University, and a supervisor with the Flemish Association for Behavioural Therapy. He has been working as a clinical psychologist since 2003, specialising in burnout and sleep disorders. Erik is also the author of the book \u201cIf you don\u2019t change anything, nothing will change\u201d, which reflects his person-centred approach. In his work, he combines scientific insights with an accessible approach to mental health and resilience.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
