Challenges

Short, engaging challenges that fit seamlessly into the working day, like a hydration check on hot days or a focus buddy who helps colleagues stay sharp. By doing and experiencing, we shift daily routines and make wellbeing tangible.

Workshops

Practical sessions grounded in familiar workplace situations. In short, targeted slots during team meetings or on site, we share insights on smart load management, nutrition, focus and collaboration. No lectures, just concrete tips that apply immediately for operators and shift leads. Example themes are smart energy management in shift work and physical roles, smart snacking, fit and safe lifting, dealing with distraction and monotony, and stronger together: the power of camaraderie.

Activations

Actions that make energy literally visible at work. Think: an energy kick-off during a shift change, a proudboard in the workplace, or a collective Fit Week packed with small challenges. This anchors the trajectory and builds, step by step, a culture where energy becomes second nature.
