An energy dip, poor concentration, tiredness luring around the corner… We all know it and it often overwhelms us at the worst possible moment. During this workshop, our Sports Dietitian Jolien Lewyllie will give you useful tips to keep your energy level as high as possible, to avoid energy dips and to make sure the meeting goes smoothly. She will help you to take smart snacks during less active moments and thus give the brain the necessary nutrients to stay alert!

Jolien Lewyillie

With over ten years of experience as a sports dietitian, Jolien knows better than anyone how to support top athletic performance through proper nutrition. She has worked with various elite sports teams, including the Belgian National Football Team (Red Devils), and currently guides athletes from the national swimming and sailing federations. Whether working with recreational athletes or professionals, she ensures that nutrition contributes to both better performance and increased energy in daily life.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she wanted to further specialize in sports. She pursued post-graduate studies in Sports Nutrition at the University of Applied Sciences in Arnhem and Nijmegen (Netherlands) and earned the international IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition. As a former triathlete, she knows from personal experience how crucial proper nutrition is for athletic performance. This combination of scientific knowledge and practical experience allows her to truly understand athletes and provide targeted support.
