Achieving your goals starts with understanding where you stand. At our labs, we offer a range of physical tests designed to assess your current fitness levels and identify areas for improvement. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Effort tests to evaluate your endurance and stamina.
  • Biomechanical analysis to understand your movement patterns, in order to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.
  • Biological age tests
  • Nutritional assessments to discover how your diet supports your training and where adjustments can be made for optimal performance.

TAILORED COACHING AND TRAINING PLANS

Progress is never just a matter of training harder; it’s about training smarter. Our expert coaches work closely with you to create a personalized training plan that aligns with your goals. Whether you’re aiming to run your first 5K, ride your first 50K or take part in an ultramarathon, we have the resources and expertise to guide you every step of the way. Our comprehensive support includes:

  • Nutritional guidance: work with our nutritionists to develop a diet that fuels your training and aids in recovery. Personalized meal plans ensure you’re getting the right nutrients at the right times and avoiding the foods that hold you back.
  • Regular progress tracking: stay on track with regular assessments and feedback sessions. We monitor your progress and adjust your training plan as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Personalized training plans: after every effort test, you receive tailor-made running or cycling support in the form of detailed and customized 12-week training schedule that is based on your athletic history, test results and takes into account your objective and time available. You remain in close contact with your personal coach who prepares the training plans, checks your training and race data and makes adjustments where necessary.
