2. How long do we process your personal data?

We store and process your personal data for the time necessary for the processing purposes described herein. If we no longer need to process your personal data, we will remove the data from our systems, or encode them so you can no longer be identified.

Once the retention period has expired, the data are removed from our active databases. Data may temporarily remain in backups. These backups are regularly overwritten, so the data are ultimately permanently deleted/destroyed.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This privacy statement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Hasselt division, have exclusive jurisdiction.
