Rest to energise

What if performing better starts with daring to slow down?

In Take a Break to Accelerate, Aisha Cortoos shows how long-term performance depends on the alternation between activation and recovery. She explains why constant strain and a lack of proper breaks lead to fatigue, stress and sleep problems, and offers scientifically backed insights on how to maintain a healthy balance.

In Shut Your Eyes to Energise, Aisha focuses on sleep as an essential factor for mental and physical functioning. She provides insight into how sleep works, how behaviour and external circumstances influence sleep quality, and shares practical advice on optimising sleep and breaking the cycle of worrying, stress and poor sleep habits.

These keynotes are available in Dutch, English and French.
