Health and sleep unraveled

What if health is the most important investment you will ever make?

In Health Is Your Best Pension Plan, Andreas Delaere shifts the focus from lifespan to healthspan. He shows how daily choices regarding exercise, sleep and recovery determine how resilient and energetic we are, and how health can be built up as a long-term investment.

In Rest to Win, Andreas makes the science behind sleep concrete and relevant to performing under pressure. He demonstrates how sleep quality influences focus, decision-making and recovery, and offers practical strategies for using sleep as a strategic lever in demanding contexts.

These keynotes are available in Dutch and English.
