Craving the truth about food

Perhaps you recognise yourself in the following: Monday evening. After a busy day at work you come home in the evening. Earlier that day you started a new diet. This time you shall succeed in losing that excess weight! During the day you managed to resist all treats and sweet temptations. After a hard evening’s work with the kids, you fall back on the sofa and think to yourself: “I’ve earned a small bowl of crisps”. Moments later, the bag is completely empty, and you feel guilty. “Another loss. Why do I have so little discipline?”

What if I told you that a lack of discipline is rarely the case? Many factors determine our eating behavior and very often this happens unconsciously. For example, specific situations, thoughts, convictions and, of course, emotions play a decisive role in our eating behavior. Want concrete tips and expert advice on how to get started and stick with healthy eating habits? Then definitely take part in this workshop!

This keynote is available in English and Dutch.
