An in-depth analysis of your energy levels

By using the world-renowned Job Demand-Resource model, we developed a 25-minute questionnaire that is deeply rooted into a solid scientific foundation. What makes this scan unique is the 360° insight you gain. Psychosocial factors, lifestyle of your employees and the health culture within your company are all taken into account.

Why?

Having a full understanding of the wellbeing culture within your company is invaluable. The scan not only shows risk factors in the workplace, but also potential energy sources and the perception of hybrid work. This means that next to screening and consulting, we can offer the implementation of solutions in-house. All based on the scientific reports we draw from the Human Energy scan:

  • Individual Level: Each employee receives an individual report immediately after completing the questionnaire, explaining the results and providing tailor-made advice that they can put to work immediately.
  • Team Level: To keep your finger on the pulse, it is possible to receive reports per team. Proactively and reactively address workload and energy sources by getting concrete tools from our consultants to work with the results per team.

OUR ROUTE TOWARDS AN ENERGISED COMPANY

01. ALIGNMENT

First we prepare analysis and determine the working group with relevant figures within management, HR and prevention. We assess specific expectations and determine a timeline.

02. COMMUNICATION & ORGANISATION

Positive communication is crucial to the success of the process, increasing the chances of a positive response. Any concerns should be addressed in advance. We provide communication together with the working group.

03. EXECUTE QUESTIONNAIRE AND RECEIVE INDIVIDUAL REPORT

The Questionnaire is distributed via email. Employees receive an individual link and can complete the questionnaire online. including a reminder after 2 weeks. They get back an individual report with practical advice based on the results achieved.

04. PROCESSING OF GROUP REPORTS

We provide an analysis and report based on the completed questionnaires, in a clear and statistically understandable manner.

05. REPORTS DISCUSSION

We present the team results, as well as those of the entire organisation. The working group and team leaders receive a digital report with action points, showing energy sources, quick turnarounds and long term solutions. Additional presentations may take place per team, co-creating an action plan based on the results.

06. REFINEMENT OF ACTION PLAN AND FOLLOW-UP ADVICE

Based on the results and discussions, we develop a concrete action plan, embedded in the HR processes of your organisation. During the follow-up process, we act as a partner by proposing specific actions, workshops and coaching.
